As part of an experiment, I have developed a simple plugin for ChatGPT, designed to be installed locally on a Mac computer and later integrated as a plugin for GPT-4 in chat.openai.com. This plugin enables users to display song lists from the Music application on MacOS and even play their selected tracks directly within the chat interface.
Installation Process: To get started, users need to install the plugin on their Mac computers (nodejs required). Once the plugin is successfully installed, it can be added as a plugin within the GPT-4 interface on chat.openai.com, providing a seamless integration of the Music app and the ChatGPT functionality.
Exploring Music Lists: Once the Song Plugin is up and running, users can request the plugin to display song lists from their Music app library on MacOS. Number of songs is currently limited to 20 random titles.
