Bangkok

A capital full of contrasts: golden stupas, floating markets, curry smells and tuk-tuks in traffic jams. A good start to warm up before midnight and the sea.

Grand Palace & Wat Phra Kaew

In the morning = less heat and crowds; modest clothing (knees and shoulders covered).

Wat Pho

Lying Buddha — worth connecting with the palace on the same day.
